Stage Building for Strategy Buildings

Hello. I just wanted to post this here. I am working on some RTS development and for testing I created a small house (Should be from the colonial age or around that time). I included the different stages of the building of the house. Here is a picture of the House and it's stages:

I was planning on adding another stage before the first one with just a plane to cover the landscape with some sort of reconstruction texture where you see like dirt or stone instead of the original grass in the map's ground. Any critics or comments are welcomed. Alright, Enjoy!
